İspir Baraj aksı, Çoruh Nehri uzerinde İspir İlçe merkezinin 29 km. membaında Pazaryolu Bucağı’nın 2 km. kuzeydoğusunda, Anuri Deresi kavşağının 500 m. membasında, Köprübaşı Tepesi (1.418 m.) Deliktaş’ı bağlayan hat üzerindedir Ile. Bayburt – İspir İlçe yolu Baraj yerinden geçmektedir. Proje, temelden 105 m. barajla 19.175 Bir yükseklikte Dolgu tipi m. uzunluğundaki Kuvvet tüneli ve sonunda Paylaşmak başkalarıyla sesini duymak 55.677 MW gücünde Iki üniteden oluşan Bir santrali kapsamaktadır.

ispir barajı ve hes projesi yatırımcı firmamız spk enerji yatırımları san. tic. ltd. şti ‘dir. firmamız tarafından halen hazırlamaktır ve yapılabilirlik raporu çalış****arı sürdürülmektedir.konu hakkinda devlet su işleri ve elektrik işleri etüt idaresi genel müdürlüğü ıle görüşmelerini devam ettirmektedir.
sahada yapılması planlanan harita, sondaj ve zemin çalış****arı sonrasında yatırımın yapılıp yapılamayacağına karar verilecek ve de alınacak olan karar en kisa sürede kamuoyuna açıklanacaktır etüd.

ilgi bimer dilekçeniz incelenmiş olup,söz konusu “ispir barajı ve hes projesi dsi internet sitesinde tablo-2’de yayınlanmış olup projeye 9 adet firma başvurmuştur. projenin hidroelektrik kaynak katkı payı teklif verme toplantısı 14.07.2010 tarihinde yapılmış olup, toplantı sonucunda en avantajlı teklifi veren cmb enerji yatırımları san.ve tic. ltd. şti. firmasından 16.10.2010 tarihine kadar fizibilite raporunu genel müdürlüğümüze teslim etmesi istenmiştir. genel müdürlüğümüz ve elektrik işleri etüd idaresi genel müdürlüğü tarafından fizibilite raporunun inceleme işlemlerinin tamamlanmasının ardından şirket ile 4628 sayılı elektrik piyasasında üretim faaliyetinde bulunmak üzere su kullanım hakkı anlaşması imzalanmasına ilişkin usul ve esaslar hakkında yönetmelik hükümleri doğrultusunda su kullanım hakkı anlaşması imzalanıp, lisans işlemleri için epdk’ya yönlendirilecektir
